(in a letter to Zach, writes.......)

Dear Zach,

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks for the outstanding job you did selling my home. I had my house for sale with a different real estate company for more than a year without so much as a nibble.

After listing it with you, the house was sold in just two weeks!

Your professionalism during this stressful time was just I needed. I felt like you cared about me right from the beginning. Your manner inspired my total trust and confidence in your abilities. I valued your opinion on price and sincerely appreciated the way you stayed in touch with me throughout the process. Your suggestions to help sell the house were right on. And, you even made sure that there were always flyers in the information box!

It will be my pleasure to recommend you to my friends who are either buying or selling a home knowing that you will extend to them the same courteous and professional service you did to me.

Thanks again for all you did!

Warmest Regards,

(in a letter to Marcus Pointe residents, writes.......)

Dear Marcus Pointe Resident,

My wife, Linda, and I lived at 21 Bartlett Circle, in Marcus Pointe, for about 2½ years. Due to a job transfer, we've recently moved to Jackson, MS.

I'm writing you today to endorse my Realtor, in case you may consider selling your home.

When my employment was relocated to Jackson, MS, in the early spring of 2001, Linda and I listed our home for sale with a well-known "top-selling" real estate agent. NINE MONTHS LATER our home was still on the market. We'd had very showings and NO offers.

So we decided we'd better reconsider our choice of representation. We tried listing our home with someone who seemed to be showing progress in selling Marcus Pointe properties. That person was Zach Oberhausen. He's the one who has the billboard at the entrance to Marcus Pointe, and the neighborhood website.

Long story short: Three months later, our home went under contract for sale. It closed on May 31. What's more, Zach listed our home for the same price we'd been advertising with the first agent. We probably had as many showings in the first month with Zach as we had in nine months with the other agent. It was altogether different experience. With the first agent, we had to jump through hoops to get a hold of her. We always had to go through her assistant to get any information. On the flip side, when we called Zach, he usually answered the phone. If he didn't, he was very quick to return our calls. And he checked in with us on a regular basis to report on showings, or to let us know what he was doing to market our home.

We're obviously very pleased with Zach's service. Should you consider selling your Marcus Pointe home, we'd recommend that you give Zach a call. And do yourself a favor - call him first. I'll bet he answers the phone.

Sincerely,

Bob Horinko

(in a newspaper quote)

What we really liked about working with Zach, aside from the fact that we knew he always had our best interests at the forefront, was that he seemed so

knowledgeable about the neighborhood and what was currently available. We just told him what we were looking for and he took us right to it. Being from out of town, we still had Zach show us other homes all over Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. But we came right back to the first home he located based on our preferences.
